We’re delighted to welcome Cambrian First Aid to Llangorse Multi Activity Centre to deliver a two-day Outdoor Leaders First Aid (R.E.C.) course.
Outdoor Leaders First Aid (R.E.C.)
A two day First Aid course fulfilling the requirements of the Mountain Leaders Training Board and AALA. Subjects covered include; resuscitation, first aid for the bleeding or wounded person, medical emergencies, first aid kits, dealing with casualties in remote environments and record keeping.
Upon successful completion candidates will be awarded a certificate of attendance which is valid for three years.
Course duration: 16 hours over two days
The course will be delivered at Llangorse Multi Activity Centre. Lunch is not included but can be purchased in our cafe.
